INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.chicagobullscardiff.co.uk is a site operated by Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away, located at 1 Wyvern Road, Cardiff, CF24 4BG, UK.

PURPOSE

The purpose of our site is to provide a simple and convenient service to our customers who would love order a take away online and get it delivered to their home. We only operate in Cardiff area and deliver only to the specified Cardiff postcode areas of CF3, CF5, CF10, CF11, CF14 and CF24, there is also a delivery charge depending on the delivery postcode and the order amount.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

www.chicagobullscardiff offers a delivery service only to Cardiff postcode areas as specified above. If you live outside our delivery areas, a message will appear on screen notifying you that ordering online will not be possible. This does not stop you buying our Products from our store location if you would like to visit us for a collection, you will just have to phone the Store, order directly from them and collect the order.

We do not accept orders from individuals to a country in which we do not have a Store and where we do not deliver. Store opening hours will vary and subject to change without prior notice, you will be asked to choose a delivery date and time during the checkout stages and we can only promise to deliver your order in 45 mins only from the time you place a successful order with full payment in complete.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) you are at least 18 years old.

OUR STATUS

We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by the Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the other third party seller.

ORDERS

All Products are subject to availability. In most cases, Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away is busy working environments and there is a risk of cross-contamination between toppings. If you have an allergen we kindly ask that you do not order online. In this scenario, please telephone us and inform your order-taker at the Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away of your allergens directly.

Great care is taken in the preparation of all our Products however we cannot guarantee that all bones from meat products have been removed and some may remain. Olives may contain stones.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel an order at any time up until either:

Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by Domino's or a Domino's Franchisee will usually be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any order cancelled after the point in which the order becomes a Bad Order will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due to the customer.

The Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away in its sole discretion will determine whether an order is a Bad Order or not.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site and may vary from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Screen.

Despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. The Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away will normally verify prices as part of the order process.

Payment for all Products can be by way of either paypal, if you have a paypal account or paypal might give you an option to create a new paypal account or prompt you to pay by credit or debit card at the point making payment or you can also pay by in cash at the point of collection and at the point of home delivery. We accept payment via Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa and MasterCard. We will charge your credit or debit card at the point of order.

Should you choose to pay by credit or debit card, once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card will have been authorised and the amount marked for payment. Payment is made directly to Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away, payment reference which appears on your statements will be “CBULLSCA” when you pay by paypal methods.
OUR LIABILITY

(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
(f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

WAIVER

If the Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away fail, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if the Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

We each acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, neither party has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions. Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Product(s) Chicago Bulls Cardiff Take Away, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before you are presented with the Confirmation Screen.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
